Terms and Conditions

• This competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom, Channel Islands, Isle of Man and Republic of Ireland, except employees of Brastop.come and anyone else professionally associated with the competition.
  
  
• It is a condition of entry that all rules are accepted as final and that the competitor agrees to abide by these rules.
  
  
• To enter the competition, entrants must be women who are 18 or over. Entrants must submit a minimum of 5 lingerie photos including one full-length and one head shot photograph. The photographs must not be enhanced or altered by any means.
  
  
• Entrants must be a natural DD+ cup size with no enhancements.
  
  
• Entries that are found to contravene these terms and conditions shall be null and void, regardless of the stage of the competition. In the event of a short-listed or the winning entry being declared null and void, the judges shall select an alternative entry.
  
  
• Entries must be submitted online, no later than midday on 14 July  2008. Photographs cannot be returned.
  
  
• Only one entry per person. Late, illegible, incomplete or defaced entries shall not be accepted. No responsibility can be accepted for lost entries and proof of despatch shall not be accepted as proof of receipt.
  
  
• The short-listed entrants for the first stage shall be notified by 22 July 2008. 
  
  
• Up to twelve entrants shall be short-listed and invited to attend a photoshoot in Harrow in August. You will need to be available between 5th - 9th August. 8 candidates will then be chosen for the final 'Public vote' for a period of three weeks.
  
  
• The winner will be announced on brastop.com on 4 September 2008. The winning entrant shall then be the cover girl for our Autumn fashion shoot and the two runners up will also model in the addition. The winner will also receive a lingerie set every month for a year.
  
  
• Short-listed entrants and the prizewinner will cover any necessary travel and accommodation expenses incurred. By entering this competition, the entrant agrees that the promoter shall have the right to publish the entrant's photographs in any of its publications and in any media now known or hereinafter invented, including its website.
  
  
• Events may occur that render the competition itself or the awarding of the prize impossible due to reasons beyond the control of the promoter and accordingly the promoter may at its absolute discretion vary or amend the competition and the entrant agrees that no liability shall attach to the promoter as a result thereof.
